Nowadays, lots of people use chemical methods to whiten their teeth. Don’t be one of them! You can whiten your teeth naturally by mixing 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder with 1/8th teaspoon of coconut oil. Dip your toothbrush in the paste and brush your teeth as normal, but instead of rinsing when you’re done allow the paste to sit on your teeth for 3 minutes. Spit and rinse thoroughly, then follow with a second brushing using your regular toothpaste.
